Our challenge includes weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and a supportive community to keep you motivated and accountable every step of the way.  We also include before and after Body Composition which is a great way to check your progress over the 10 weeks.

3. Varied workouts: Say goodbye to boring routines! Our challenge incorporates a variety of workouts, including cardio, strength training, HIIT, challenges and more. This ensures that you stay engaged, challenge your body, and maximise fat burning potential.  

4. Nutritional guidance: Achieving fat loss goes beyond just exercising. We'll provide you with expert nutritional guidance to help you make healthier food choices, create balanced meals, and optimise your calorie intake for fat loss, including a nutritional plan by nutritionist Kelly Bright.

Sat - Intro and Body Comp Testing - 5.15am

Mon - 9.30am (Tugun Surf Club) Child friendly)

Tues - 5.15am (Palm Beach/Currumbin Parklands)

Wed - 5.15am (Currumbin Alley)

Thurs - 5.15am Run Club bonus session (TBD each week Southern Gold Coast)

Thurs - 9.30am (The Boat Shed Currumbin) - Child friendly 

Fri - 5.15am (Currumbin Alley)

Sat - 6am (Palm Beach/Currumbin Parklands)


Week 2-10

Mon - 9.30am (Tugun Surf Club) - child friendly 

Tues - 5.15am*

Wed - 5.15am*

Thurs - 5.15am Run Club bonus session*

Thurs - 9.30am* - child friendly

Fri - 5.15am*

Sat - 6am*

* Locations are the same as week 1.

You have the option to make all sessions if you wish!  Can't make as many sessions as you would like?  WE have online options to keep you on track for your fitness challenge.
